I'm trapped in a glass case of emotion

what a week! This past week goes in the books for the longest week in the history of weeks. I'm super lazy and not really in the mood to type the whole weeks worth of crap that went on so I present you with the reader's digest version.

school started.. love all my teachers, love my classes. It's going to be a great semester.
Met some people, got rid of some people.
Went to go see Lion King 3D
Dedicated a bazillion hours to homework
Went to school yesterday from 9 am - 4:15pm then had to be at work by 4:30 and worked till 11:05pm. Then came home and did more homework... now that my dear children is a FUN day!
actually went to devo!
Watched what not to wear, glee, and new girl today then went and worked out.

I know it might not seem like much but trust me if I went into detail you would be reading 20 pages worth of crap. So you are welcome. With last week dragging on and on came with lots of emotions. From way up high in the sky feeling as bright as the sun, to feeling like a little candle flame. (baha you like that analogy?) But something I do to make myself happy that you all might trying is just to smile to yourself. When I'm walking and I find myself getting negative thoughts or starting to get sad because something isn't working out, I just smile so big to myself. Then I picture how I look and it makes me happy. I don't know why it works, and yes I'm aware I might look like a freak. But hey, it works for me. And really anything that works to make someone simply happy, is good enough for me.

I have and always will love Easy A. So instead of a song for today this is a quote I love from the movie that I agree with 100%

Whatever happened to chivalry? Does it only exist in 80's movies? I want John Cusack holding a boombox outside my window. I wanna ride off on a lawnmower with Patrick Dempsey. I want Jake from Sixteen Candles waiting outside the church for me. I want Judd Nelson thrusting his fist into the air because he knows he got me. Just once I want my life to be like an 80's movie, preferably one with a really awesome musical number for no apparent reason. But no, no, John Hughes did not direct my life.
